Having acquired experience in various areas of the business I now focus on HR and Customer Care. I am naturally empathic which makes me effective in my customer care role especially when handling cases that are complex and sensitive in nature. With my role encompassing HR, I get the opportunity to ensure we have a learning and development plan in place that delivers the right knowledge to the right areas of the business. It is my responsibility to ensure e-medicals is built on culture of value, respect and continuous development.

Before joining e-medicals, I was a Customer Service Manager at a high-street bank and this has really shaped the way I approach my role. I’m a detail person so easily identify problems and solutions which has helped me build a great rapport with our customers and their clients. Learning and development is important to me and I recently completed an “Introduction To Law” course in my spare time. This just pushes me further in assisting clients in the way I know best, personally.

Integrity is really important to me so I do all I can to build up a relationship with our instructing parties, this gives me insight into their needs and expectations which I then do everything I can to meet and exceed them.
Oliver Goom – Complex Case Handler
I am involved with the end-to-end finance function from budget planning and invoicing to legal compliance, whilst all the time providing support and guidance to other internal departments.
Accounts isn’t usually a department at the forefront of customer service but we shouldn’t underestimate the role we play. I regularly speak with our instructing solicitors and enjoy the contribution I make to developing strong working relationships.
